Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Communications Representative to join our team in Auburn, NY. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our clients in Massachusetts, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. After completing our comprehensive training program, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the freedom to grow with our team. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Communications Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional * Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner * Researching and resolving disputes and billing adjustments * Accurately entering data and maintaining detailed records * Assisting with account updates, payments, and application processing * Following structured daily schedules with attention to punctuality and professionalism * Participating in quality assurance activities, such as call monitoring and reporting * Supporting weekend coverage, working 1-2 Saturdays per month (9AM-1PM) with time off during the week What You Bring to the Table To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred) * Strong computer and typing skills * Reliable transportation for in-office training in Auburn, NY (10-14 weeks) * A professional, positive attitude, especially when assisting customers * Ability to adhere to a structured schedule and stay focused in a remote environment after training Training Details Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
