What You'll Be Doing:
As a Remote Benefits Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for connecting with union members and pre-qualified leads to explain their benefits, conducting virtual meetings over Zoom, helping clients understand and enroll in life, health, and supplemental insurance programs, building long-term client relationships, and growing into team leadership and management within months.
