Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and becoming a product and solutions expert to provide accurate and timely information to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide accurate information
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
