Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, while also resolving their issues and concerns
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products and services as needed to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide additional support

Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
