Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Norristown, PA. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our automotive sales operations by performing various clerical and administrative duties. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and technical skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

* Perform various clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation

  • Maintain customer account agreements, vehicle files, verification of title information, records of the completion of reconditioning work, and other required information
  • Review and print all documents related to different processes, such as title work, registration, bank funding, compliance, and internal processes, after a car is sold
  • Collect payment, generate receipts, and make necessary virtual deposit operations
  • Process temporary plates and other documents
  • Respond to audit inquiries and resolve any pending issues regarding deals
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • No experience in a car dealership is necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry is essential
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
  • Experience using general office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines, and scanners
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, with manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with automotive sales and service processes is a plus
