Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and pricing questions, and providing solutions to our customers' needs. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, have prior customer service experience, and are eager to grow your career, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
