Recruiter - Engineering
The Engineering Recruiter is responsible for both direct recruiting execution and end‑to‑end resourcing management for enterprise workforce programs. This role serves as the central coordination point for program hiring demand—partnering closely with internal account owners, engineering recruiting teams, and delivery leaders to ensure roles are prioritized, allocated, and filled efficiently. This position requires strong recruiting fundamentals, operational discipline, and the ability to manage high‑volume, multi‑stakeholder hiring environments using VMS and ATS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Resourcing Management
- Serve as the resourcing lead for enterprise program hiring requests, ensuring roles are properly scoped, prioritized, and assigned.
- Partner with internal Manpower Account Owners and program leadership to understand demand forecasts, ramp timelines, and critical skill requirements.
- Allocate job requisitions to the appropriate engineering and specialized recruiting teams, balancing urgency, complexity, and recruiter capacity.
- Track progress across all open requisitions, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and escalation needs.
- Act as the operational bridge between account management, recruiting delivery, and workforce operations.
Recruiting Execution
- Actively recruit for assigned roles, particularly hard‑to‑fill, priority, or niche positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using multiple channels, including ATS, VMS, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
- Ensure candidate quality and alignment with role, site, and client requirements.
- Support candidate lifecycle management through offer, onboarding coordination, and start readiness.
VMS & Technology Utilization
- Manage and monitor requisitions within Vendor Management Systems (VMS) (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ensure accurate job intake, submission compliance, and SLA adherence within client systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate daily with internal recruiting teams, workforce operations, and account management.
- Participate in staffing calls, workforce reviews, and intake meetings to ensure alignment.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, risks, and recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement of intake, allocation, and recruiting workflows.
