Senior Marketing Manager

Pay: ₱80,000.00 - ₱120,000.00 per month

Position Overview:

We are seeking a multi-faceted, driven and experienced marketing professional to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for managing company wide marketing initiatives and programs from content development, digital, brand awareness to events and analytics. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the leadership team on marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and increased revenues
• Owner of all marketing initiatives and programs: web, social, print, press, analytics, events
• Develop and manage website content with focus on SEO
• Oversee and optimize paid campaigns
• Create and deliver marketing content print collateral, presentations, webinars, blog articles, etc.
• Plan and execute customer events and trade shows
• Engage with social media platforms
• Oversee integration with salesforce.com; ensure tools effectively support the sales process
• Communicate with the other departments regarding marketing initiatives and generate buy-in
• Manage marketing budget; metrics and ROI from marketing initiatives
• Develop, manage, and optimize lead generation process and tracking
• Knowledgeable about marketing trends and technology
• Knowledgeable about industry news/trends
• Manage external contractors and vendors to deliver on projects
• Liaison with partners regarding joint marketing initiatives
• Mentor, train, and oversee marketing staff

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, IT industry preferred
• Work-from-home experience
• Proficiency in WordPress
• Proven track record of developing and implementing marketing campaigns
• Passion for marketing
• Analytical but creative
• Solid experience with AI, HTML, content management, ecommerce, social media and other web technology platforms
• Expertise with SEO, SEM and paid online advertising
• Experience with salesforce.com and marketing applications
• Excellent, dynamic, communication and presentation skills, able to influence and motivate internal teams, customers, and vendors
• Team player and advocate for the company internally, with customers, and vendors
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to supervise and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to multi-task and manage projects from inception through execution
• Self-motivated, driven by results and pride of work
