Specialist, Retail Events
Job Description
The Retail Specialist supports daily store operations, key initiatives, tests, and events across 1,600+ stores with functions such as documentation, gathering feedback, analysis, and project execution. They work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure stores get the information needed to run smoothly. Duties and Responsibilities- Assist and participate in effective communication and collaboration between corporate, stores, and field leadership.
- Gather and consolidate qualitative and quantitative feedback on systems, processes, and store experiences using surveys, internal communication platforms, and store visits.
- Facilitate support ticket and issue resolution.
- Document requirements, project plans, business cases, processes (SOPs, resource guides, job aids, etc.), policies, and presentations in alignment with all standards.
- Support cross-functional workstreams to ensure projects meet stated objectives while remaining on time and on budget.
- Execute analysis, testing, validation, and implementation efforts for process and system changes and deployments.
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on retail systems and processes.

Education and Experience- High School or GED
- 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree Business or related field.
- 3 years working in a similar corporate role.
- 3 years working with a company that has brick-and-mortar store locations and knowledge of retail operational processes
- Customer Focus: Committed to exceeding the needs of store teams, Field Leaders, and corporate partners.
- Technical Acumen: Comfortable working across multiple retail systems and platforms; able to quickly learn new tools and processes.
- Organization: Deliverables are detail oriented and completed with a high level of quality.
- Communication: Writes and speaks clearly and professionally to a variety of audiences.
- Prioritization: Skilled in balancing multiple tasks, deadlines, and project streams.
- Specific software experience based on Retail Ops role:
- PI/Ops: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including intermediate Excel skills);SQL, Databricks or scripting knowledge is a plus;
- Comms: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook a requirement;
- Design: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook a requirement and Adobe Creative Suite
