Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with other team members and departments, providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to all external clients
  • Providing professional and courteous customer service to external customers via phone and email
  • Answering customer inquiries, researching issues, and providing effective resolutions to client issues and concerns
  • Documenting issues, action steps, and outcomes of customer inquiries
  • Documenting and processing change requests promptly and efficiently
  • Completing supply/product order requests
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to provide them with information about new products and services

Education, Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma required; an associate's degree or additional education preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to present a professional image via phone, with superb phone etiquette skills
  • Excellent research and problem-resolution skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite programs

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

As a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $18 - $24 per hour
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan
  • Casual, PRN, and part-time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan only
