Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. You'll work in a busy call center environment, handling a high volume of calls daily, and be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support via phone, email, and chat

  • Utilize arenaflex's systems and procedures to efficiently manage customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Provide product and service information, answer questions, and address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

* Bilingual Spanish/English (written and verbal) required

  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, busy call center environment
  • Background in healthcare and/or medical insurance preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer programs and monitors with ease
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to commit to a set schedule and remain focused during working hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools

  • Familiarity with healthcare and insurance industry terminology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
