As a seasoned Director of Enterprise Customer Delivery, you'll lead our 25+ person organization across North America and LATAM, overseeing the delivery and execution of complex global rollouts for our customers. Your team will ensure that our customers go live with the arenaflex solution as quickly and sustainably as possible. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and expand a team of experienced customer project professionals focusing on different product and solution disciplines across North America and LATAM. * As a professional services leadership team member, you will be responsible for the regional strategy, growth, and execution of the Project Operations team and contribute to the overall strategy and success of the North America and LATAM regions. * Work with and influence strategic stakeholders to improve merchant experience, operations efficiency, and product delivery. * Be an executive partner to the senior leadership of our merchants. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and expand highly effective and motivated Project Operations teams, improve product delivery, and create an environment for continuous improvement. * Develop, articulate, and execute a clear strategy for the team (also influence globally), in alignment with the company's overall business goals and market trends, to continuously evolve and improve how we work. Who We're Looking For: * An experienced, entrepreneurial, and strategic leader with a proven track record of success in driving continuous improvement, innovation, and results in an environment of rapid growth. * Ability to drive executive-level relationships with clients and other external stakeholders while forging excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders, establishing yourself as an integral part of the commercial success. * Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills, able to manage senior stakeholders and connect and collaborate seamlessly with a global, multi-cultural team working across time zones. * Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, lead, and grow high-performing teams and their leaders. * Proven track record of managing change and growing organizations at scale. * Strategic thinker who can spot operational and commercial opportunities to drive customer value and scalable improvements. * At least 5 years of people management experience (preferably experience managing manager of managers and across timezones). * Strong reputation for "getting things done," an entrepreneurial mindset that drives accountability for oneself and others.
