As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, helping them navigate our website and online ordering process, and becoming a product and solutions expert.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering process
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide legendary service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
