Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist Senior – Accounting and Compliance

The Role

As a Senior Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in accounting and compliance to drive business success. You'll be working with a respected industry leader, utilizing your technical Excel and data analysis skills to process high volumes of invoice and financial data. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities will be essential in maintaining clean and compliant Excel logs, executing year-end accruals, and resolving data discrepancies through vendor or team communication.

Responsibilities

* Accurately process high volumes of invoice and financial data (~75 invoices totaling $4M)

• Maintain clean and compliant Excel logs using pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP
• Execute year-end accruals, special project data entries (~750 invoices), and coding adjustments
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve through vendor or team communication
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry and processing

Requirements

* 8+ years of data entry, AP, or accounting experience (or bachelor's in business-related field)

• High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables required)
• Experience with Oracle is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $29.35 per hour

• Hybrid schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays, Remote rest of the week)
