Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
  • Providing legendary service to our customers by answering their questions quickly and confidently

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide exceptional service to our customers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology
