Job Summary

As a Remote Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for our clients. You'll be responsible for matching client needs to products and services, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat support

  • Match client needs to products and services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
