Job Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, handling a high volume of customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our clients' customers feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For
* Fluency in both English and Spanish
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and goals
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Home Setup Requirements:
* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment, including a headset
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/NO 5G internet packages
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for training
