Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our elite team of Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving customer inquiries, and providing technical support to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat

  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in our systems and processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
  • Spanish bilingual a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
