Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology.
- Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
- Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, understanding their needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions.
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering, ensuring a seamless experience.
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills, with prior customer service experience a plus.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
