Key Responsibilities:

As a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Utilizing computer skills in a windows-based environment to navigate our CRM system and access customer information
  • Demonstrating integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic in all interactions with customers and colleagues
  • Maintaining punctuality and great attendance, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Multi-tasking while maintaining efficiency and composure in a dynamic environment

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Computer skills in a windows-based environment, with experience using CRM systems and software
  • The ability to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
  • A strong work ethic, with a focus on integrity, honesty, and punctuality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A passion for learning and growth, with a willingness to take on new challenges and develop new skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
