Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. You'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history and notes, and communicating statuses to customers. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM (no weekends), and you'll work with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze payment history and notes to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Communicate statuses to customers and provide updates on account activity
- Work with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support your success
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Drive to solve problems and meet goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service (preferably in a call center or remote work environment)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements for Working from Home:
* Excellent internet connectivity (Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download)
- Hardwired internet access (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
- Productive, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
