Interventional Urology – The Interventional Urology business unit of Teleflex is dedicated to developing innovative, minimally invasive and clinically effective devices that address unmet needs in the field of urology. Position Summary

The focus of the Mobile, AL based Senior Territory Manager, Interventional Urology is to establish, build, and maintain professional relationships with KOLs and effectively communicate the The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer value propositions within Teleflex’s Interventional Urology portfolio. This position partners with cross-functional teams to communicate current market conditions and develop accounts to adopt The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer products. This position requires thorough knowledge of the Urology field, ability to launch disruptive technologies, and strong motivation to over-deliver revenue versus sales plan.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for both UroLift and Barrigel.Develop monthly and quarterly territory plans identifying key sales objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts.Clearly communicate the value propositions of UroLift and Barrigel to customers.
  • Identify, train, and support accounts to drive strong adoption of both product lines.
  • Monitor market conditions and recommend improvements to commercial strategies.
  • Partner with Professional Education teams to provide effective physician training and support.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and KOLs.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to prioritize strategic accounts.
  • Work with Customer Service to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Support resolution of product complaints and safety concerns.
  • Follow company policies, GMP, and all regulatory requirements, including FDA compliance.
  • Maintain a professional presence with physicians, consultants, suppliers, and internal partners.
  • Obtain and maintain all necessary hospital credentials.

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of urology products and procedures.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

  • Operating room experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets consistently.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new and disruptive technologies in the urology space is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in negotiation and adept at adapting to changing work priorities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to refine business plans and sales techniques effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%-60% of the time, with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Ability to manage overnight travel as required.
