Job Description

As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Manager, Customer Support, and General Virtual Assistant to our CEO and CEO's team, you will be responsible for overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. This will include communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system. You will need to have excellent written English skills, be detail-oriented, and a quick learner. You will need to be able to work autonomously and be self-directed. You must be willing to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (London time), with flexibility to start or finish a couple of hours early or later if needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and help manage multiple projects, performing tasks and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads

  • Communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
  • Manage Facebook Ads campaigns, including setup, strategy, and optimization
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Respond to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects
  • Perform graphic design tasks using Canva or similar platforms
  • Assist with general admin tasks as required
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to the CEO and CEO's team
  • Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team based in India
  • Assist with lead generation and follow-up tasks

Percentage Breakdown of Tasks

* FB Ads Setup and strategy (45%)

  • Google Ads Setup and Optimisation (10%)
  • Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
  • Graphic design (10%)
  • General Admin (10%)
  • Report Preparation (5%)
  • SEO Blogs proofreading and editing (5%)
  • Lead Generation and Follow Up (5%)

Essential Requirements

* Based in the Philippines

  • Excellent written English skills
  • Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Facebook ad campaigns
  • Google Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Google Adword and Shopping campaigns (Google Certification is a plus)
  • Proven experience with an English-speaking employer or clients
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and know when to ask for help
  • Willingness to help out wherever the CEO requires assistance, including admin work
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet (with reliable power)
  • Graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of or previous management of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research

  • Experience with Hubstaff time tracking software
  • Familiarity with Basecamp project management system
