Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As the face of our customer, you'll be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. You'll interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs. Key Responsibilities

* Interact with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and retention

  • Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even when we've inconvenienced a customer
  • Work daily with a safety mentality by ensuring we maintain ourselves and each other to the highest standards
  • Navigate challenges by being steady but adaptable, retaining composure and managing issues without taking customer frustration into view
  • Run collaboratively with others, assisting colleagues and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies

Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
  • Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in an airport or travel-related industry
  • Knowledge of airline operations and customer service procedures
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
