Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service, and you'll have the opportunity to learn about healthcare and insurance while expanding your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding healthcare and insurance plans, including medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions.

  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients, helping them understand their coverage and options.
  • Use your problem-solving skills to resolve client concerns and issues, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that client needs are met, and that our service standards are consistently met.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle phone calls and resolve client concerns in a positive and professional manner.
