As a key player in our operations, you'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring the accurate transmission of data to our clients. About the Role:
As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the option to return to our office at some point. Some weekends may be required, but we'll work with you to ensure a healthy work-life balance. You'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact on our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process documents electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Make outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits
- Process claims, verifying data from automated data extraction tools
- Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients
- Sort, image, and archive documents, files, and records by form type
- Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
- Classify documents based on contract requirements
- Verify data from automated data extraction tools
- Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
Position Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalency
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
- Secure workspace with high-speed internet
- Ability to pass a typing test
- Willingness to sit for long periods and work overtime if needed
- Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Strong Data Entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends and holidays if required

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $26,600.00 - $33,250.00, based on experience and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, based on business need. arenaflex provides a variety of benefits to employees, including:
