What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in Spanish and English, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues, leveraging your product knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience

During a Typical Day, You'll

* Answer incoming communications from customers, using your language skills and product knowledge to resolve their issues

  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers, staying up-to-date with product information and company policies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in language skills and communication
  • Recognized product or service knowledge, with the ability to apply and explain it to customers
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Computer experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High-speed internet (15 Mbps or higher) to ensure seamless communication and connectivity
