Job Description
As a Live Chat and Email Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players through live chat and email support. Your primary duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
- Gathering customer feedback and suggestions to improve our customer service process and experience
- Maintaining a positive, responsible, empathetic, and professional attitude to manage customer satisfaction
- Following standard telephone scripts provided during dunning
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond & follow up to customer inquiries through live chat and email
- Provide products information to customers
- Gather customer feedback & provide suggestions on improving customer service process & experience to superior
- Maintain positive, responsible, empathetic and professional attitude to manage customer satisfaction
- Follow the standard telephone scripts provided during dunning
Requirements:
* SPM level & above, trilingual in English and Chinese (verbal, written & read)
- Minimum 1 year working experience in any customer service role
- Basic computer skills: Gsuite, Microsoft
- Own PC/Laptop with spec 8GB RAM above & I5 Core or AMD Ryzen 5 above with 80mbps internet speed for work
Essential Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
