Your Role at arenaflex
As a Customer Service Executive (Chinese Speaking) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for our customers. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in Chinese. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Managing customer complaints and feedback, escalating issues as necessary
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues efficiently
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly yet professional tone
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (verbal and written)
- A strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Experience with CRM systems and a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
