Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first response time, and issue resolution rate
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (English and one or more additional languages)
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (a plus, but not required)
