Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in a Telco account (previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred)

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
