Experienced Field Administration Support Designer – Equilibrium of Plant Expert for Tesla Energy's Business Program Supervisory Group

We're now seeking an experienced Field Administration Support Designer to join our Business Program Supervisory group, where you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our Equilibrium of Plant gear.

About the Role

As a Field Administration Support Designer, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating and developing cycles and techniques that support field administration professionals in managing Tesla's Energy Items in North America. Your primary focus will be to coordinate, focus, and report on various O&M (Operations and Maintenance) projects of different sizes and complexities across Tesla Energy's Business Destinations. To achieve this, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, finance, preparation, and IT (Data Innovation) groups, to further develop processes, increase productivity, and elevate Tesla Energy's activities to a higher level.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the EHS&S (Environmental, Health, and Safety) team to ensure compliance with safety requirements for working on Equilibrium of Plant gear

• Communicate and lead project requirements, status, and results to various stakeholders. As a project lead, report project approach, timelines, achievements, and expectations to heads of the support association
• Freely manage multiple projects simultaneously, fulfilling targets and time constraints. Identify areas for further interior interaction improvement to enhance fleet performance and functionality
• Identify underlying drivers to complex maintenance challenges. Develop solutions for complex issues and present relevant information to a non-technical audience
• Provide support to FSTs (field administration specialists) for proper operation of Equilibrium of gear for closure and startup. Assist FSTs on legitimate confirmation of hardware deenergized and Electrical Safety checks
• Offer on-site support for complex positions that require expert knowledge of investigation and repair. Gather input from Field Administration group on issues and cycles that require enhancements
• Develop Field Administration MV training, documentation, and product information datasets. Provide MV training and certification to specialists and electrical technicians in the field

What You'll Bring

* 2+ years of experience working on Equilibrium of Plant gear

• Broad knowledge of Electrical Safety, NFPA 70e, and OSHA, including Arc Flash Requirements and PPE
• High proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to travel up to 2 weeks at a time
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen successfully. Additional pre-employment driving and medication screens may be required based on job obligations
