Job Responsibilities:

  • Staying up-to-date on Aetna's policies, procedures, and resources to provide informed support to clients
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other relevant tools
