Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer support to our clients, answering their questions and concerns, and helping them navigate our insurance packages. You'll also be responsible for scheduling appointments, reporting daily production numbers, and maintaining long-term relationships with active clients. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calling to provide exceptional customer service

• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our services
• Providing top-tier customer support regarding insurance packages over Zoom video call
• Reporting daily production numbers to track progress and goals
• Attending group training classes to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
• Maintaining long-term relationships with active clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma (higher education preferred) to demonstrate a strong educational foundation
• Service, retail, or sales experience preferred but not required
