Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring process efficiency by coordinating fertility plans and medications with patients and physicians
• Providing exceptional customer service by resolving issues and ensuring 100% follow-up with customers
• Accurately obtaining and entering patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details
• Escalating complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action
• Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A valid CPhT license (if residing in AZ) or MA Tech license (if residing in MA); Preferred CPhT
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
• A High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
• A reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload (if working from home)
