Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting issues and providing accurate solutions
  • Processing orders, amendments, and returns efficiently
  • Escalating unresolved issues to senior staff when necessary
  • Providing feedback to improve customer service processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or remote support role)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
  • Previous experience in a call center or remote support role is a plus

To perform this role, you'll need:

  • A laptop or desktop computer (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) running Windows 11 or higher
  • Hardwired internet connection (ethernet) required
  • USB headset (not wireless) with noise-canceling features
  • Webcam (external or integrated)
