Roles and Responsibilities

As a Customer Success / Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-level support for our Jira & Confluence apps: Help our customers troubleshoot and resolve issues with our software solutions.
  • Helping customers debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues: Collaborate with our development team to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely support to our customers.
  • Answering questions raised via our support channels: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Collecting feedback, feature requests, and app reviews from customers: Gather valuable insights from our customers to inform our product development and improvement efforts.
  • Collaborating with developers to get a deeper understanding of the products and share customer feedback: Work closely with our development team to ensure that our software solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Writing detailed documentation, how-to guides, articles, and creating other helpful content: Develop high-quality content that educates and supports our customers in using our software solutions effectively.

Your Profile and Skills

To succeed as a Customer Success / Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • University degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • Tech savvy, IT knowledge, and always eager to learn and help: A strong understanding of software applications, technical concepts, and customer support principles.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English: Excellent communication and language skills to interact with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • At least a year working experience in software support, product management, QA, or related role: A proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues.
