Job Summary
As a Data Entry Image Review Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately identifying license plate numbers, state codes, and plate types from various states across the country. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered accurately and efficiently, using our proprietary software and training guides. Key Responsibilities
• Correctly identify all project state plates, including prefix or suffix or plate types
- Correctly identify all other state license plates
- Reject unidentifiable license plates using the correct disposition reasons
- After the training and learning period, identify a minimum of 600 images per hour
- Monitor image quality and application performance for potential problems
- Other duties as requested by the Image Review Supervisor and/or Operations Manager
Essential Qualifications
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum 8,500 data entry keystrokes per hour
- Typing speed of 35+ words per minute
- Basic level of proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to adhere to a work schedule and sit for long periods of time
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in data entry or image review
- Familiarity with proprietary software and training guides
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
Skills and Competencies
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong typing skills (35+ words per minute)
- Basic level of proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
