Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through real-time chat interactions, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting American Express products and services. This role requires a strong skillset in communication, problem-solving, and technical proficiency, with a passion for delivering world-class service in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Address customer questions and concerns regarding their accounts, transactions, and product features through real-time chat support, ensuring responses are swift and accurate.
