Key Responsibilities

As a 1st Shift Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
