Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate information regarding arenaflex services, policies, and procedures
  • Assisting customers with booking, reservations, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a bonus
