As a Customer Experience Concierge – Remote Chat Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations
  • Provide travel, card, and lifestyle assistance to our clients, including making reservations and recommendations
  • Work closely with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury environment

  • Experience in a call center, hotel, or travel industry setting, including reservation experience
  • Proven ability to adjust to changing circumstances and prioritize client needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
