Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and web to address inquiries about billing, insurance verification, products, or services
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Identifying and resolving complex customer problems, escalating issues to clinical advisors when necessary
  • Assisting customers with insurance and payment inquiries, as well as shipping needs
  • Providing technical assistance to customers while browsing our online platform
  • Serving customers in a timely manner to maximize our relationship with them
  • Recognizing each customer interaction as an opportunity to build a long-term relationship

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Live in the state of Arizona
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have more than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
  • Have a high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or fiber-optic with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Be able to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks) with two weeks' notice
  • Be able to work in a private environment free of distractions and give full attention to the client during work hours

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center
  • Work experience in the medical field
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
