Responsibilities
As a Customer Care, Benefits Enrollment Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in assisting our clients with plan enrollment, creating new accounts, answering general plan questions, and navigating our website. This is a seasonal opportunity, and we're looking for friendly, attentive, and tech-savvy individuals to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Schedule
As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule. Our hours of operation are 7am-8pm CT, Monday-Friday, with the possibility of increased hours during peak periods.
Earnings Potential
As a Customer Care, Benefits Enrollment Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $15.60 per productive hour, with incentives for peak performance. With our flexible scheduling and competitive compensation, you'll be able to earn an equivalent of $20+/hour during peak times.
Language Requirement
English is the primary language required for this role.
Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll maintain a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and expenses.
