Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll be responsible for communicating with current customers, offering protection plans for their existing credit cards, and providing personalized support to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with current customers to offer protection plans for their existing credit cards

Provide personalized support to meet customer needs and resolve issues
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of previous call center experience or remote work-from-home experience

High School diploma or GED equivalency
Ability to connect to High-Speed Internet at your primary residence
Dedicated work space during working hours free of outside noise and distraction
Minimum network speed of:

+ 25 Mbps download speed + 10 Mbps upload speed

Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales or customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
