Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing DMCA takedown requests and ensuring compliance with our community guidelines
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions
- Reviewing flagged content to identify potential issues and improve our content moderation pipelines
- Handling payment disputes, including refunds, chargebacks, and identifying fraudulent activity
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and improve our overall support experience
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
- Experience with DMCA takedowns, customer support, and chargeback management is a plus
