In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking life-sustaining medications, providing empathetic support and resolving their questions on the first call.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients seeking life-sustaining medications, resolving their questions and concerns on the first call

  • Handle high-volume calls, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
  • Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our system and provide accurate information to patients
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely delivery of medications to patients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric environment

  • 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Verifiable COVID-19 vaccination status or approved reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
