Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately keying applications into our Affinity database. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Keying paper applications into the Affinity database with high accuracy and speed
- Maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy
- Assisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
- Assisting with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
- Working with management to address and suggest systematic opportunities and issues
- Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times
Education and Work Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
- A strong understanding of data management principles and practices
Knowledge and Skills
To perform the job successfully, you'll need to demonstrate the following competencies:
- The ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- The ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
Hours and Physical Demands
This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires:
- 8:15-4:45pm (may require periodic overtime)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- The ability to sit for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
