What You Will Be Doing

  • Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
  • Responding to support questions from existing customers and sales questions from potential new customers
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior support agents when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by being proactive, responsive, and empathetic in all interactions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
