Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and text messaging. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their queries, provide product information, and offer personalized recommendations.
